Bolder Advocaten is a law firm based in the great city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
WHO?
Bolder Advocaten (previously known as Rischen & Nijhuis Advocaten) was founded in 1984 and now consists of six lawyers and a team of paralegals. The firm is expanding and will have seven lawyers by July 2024.
WHAT?
We specialise in all areas of civil law within the private sector with a special focus on employment law, corporate law and family law.

HOW?
We are Bold(er)! We are specialists in our field of law and have many years of experience and tons of knowledge. We can assist our clients in the broadest sense, including giving expert advice, assisting in negotiations, litigation, mediation and drafting agreements and other legal documents.
We have an eye and heart for companies, entrepreneurs, and their families. Together with our clients, we look for fitting solutions within and outside the legal framework.
FUN FACT
At our office there are more than 30 paintings and posters by various well-known and unknown artists and at least as many plants. Our company dog Patou, keeps an eye on both.
