The Firm was established by two cooperating law firms in 2007 in the downtown of Budapest.
The Firm is considered to be a mid size firm employing approximately ten, highly qualified professionals. Two of the leading partners of our Firm are Dr. Tamás Riesz LL.M. and Dr. Csaba Bíró, attorneys-at-law registered with the Budapest Bar Association. Each Partner has more than 15 years of professional experience in national and international legal practice. The Partners are regular lecturers at universities and conferences and are authors of various sector specific national and international publications. The Partners supervise the legal and support staff with their experience and expertise.
The Firm has a significant and award winning practice in the fields of corporate law, M&A deals, insolvency-, liquidation- and execution law, real estate development, labour law, litigation and arbitration proceedings, immigration and naturalization law, insurance law, competition law, media law, project financing and constitutional law.
